About Isha
Isha Kakkad Lakhani is the author of The Better School. Her work across classrooms, campuses and organisations asks how learning can become more human, intentional and future-ready.
Across her practice
Isha has worked directly with school students, trained teachers and advised school leadership on strengthening the learning experience.
Her work brings system-level strategy into conversation with on-ground realities. At 8one, that has included initiatives supporting educators, institutional mental-health systems and the development of education-technology solutions.
She is interested not only in what schools teach, but in the identities, relationships and possibilities they help shape over twelve formative years.
